      Engineering Manager – Broken Arrow, OK Broken Arrow, OK

      The Engineering Manager directs engineering for the company. The priorities for this position include strategic planning, product design evaluation, aiding in quality assurance and problem resolution. The Engineering Manager must collaborate with Account Managers and their customers to evaluate product design to meet company objectives and develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Coordinate mold quoting and support equipment quoting as well as provide insight on process requirements for the quotation of new parts.
      1. Provide process suggestions to consider in the quoting process that will aid in the reduction of cost.
      1. Coordinate and supervise troubleshooting of process and equipment issues.
      1. Supervise Engineering department in activities related to contract fulfillment, vendor management, part quoting, process generation, tool production, troubleshooting, documentation, HR, equipment construction, equipment purchase, PM suggestions, safety considerations et al.
      1. Provide guidance and suggestions for process control guidelines.
      1. Work with Quality Managers in the optimization of procedures in support of the above.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • 8 to 10 years of previous experience
      • Proven ability to communicate professionally and clearly in various formats such as via email, over the phone and on paper
      • Must be familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirements.  Should be familiar with FDA GMP procedure
      • Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems
      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience as a mechanical or process engineer or related field

       

      Manufacturing Manager – Broken Arrow, OK Broken Arrow, OK

      The Manufacturing Manager coordinates the activities of multiple production processes with the objective of operating at the highest levels of quality and efficiency.  This individual is a subject matter expert regarding development and implementation of process controls.  In the role of manufacturing manager, he or she provides guidance, training, support and constructive feedback to staff and coordinates with Human Resources in hiring and onboarding activities.  This manager is expected to actively develop employees for additional skills and responsibilities and to assist the VP of Manufacturing in the efficient operation of the plant.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Train, monitor and evaluate the activities of department supervisors
      1. Communicate with department leads to ensure smooth operation of all shifts
      1. Ensure that quality metrics are being met consistently
      2. Monitor departments and ensure process standards are met
      3. Hold all department leads and supervisors accountable for meeting KPIs
      4. Adhere to existing processes and procedures as well as identifying opportunities for improvement
      5. Identify, create and develop metrics as needed
      6. Drive, monitor and evaluate health and safety policy
      7. Actively pursue LEAN manufacturing initiatives;
      8. Work directly with various key positions including Engineers, Chemists, Quality Managers, Production Supervisors as well as key Executive Positions
      9. Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Manufacturing.
      10. Review and understand the P&L and adjust operations accordingly

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience with progressive responsibility in a manufacturing production environment. 1-3 years of supervisory experience
      • Expert level skills in the areas of employee evaluations, training & development.
      • Must have the ability to schedule and prioritize jobs, meet quality standards and troubleshooting of quality issues
      • Ability to navigate an ERP/MRP system at an expert level.
      • Full understanding of LEAN methodologies as demonstrated by the implementation of quality initiatives
      • Understanding of manufacturing P&L preferred
      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience as a mechanical or process engineer or related field

       

      Chief Financial Officer – Broken Arrow, OK Broken Arrow, OK

      Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. a leading custom manufacturer of precision rubber & plastic parts is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.  The CFO will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the accounting department, including in-house payroll.  The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on professional with broad accounting and finance experience.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Manages day-to-day accounting functions including in-house payroll.
      2. Oversees the company 401k plan including audits.
      3. Responsible for overall cash flow management.
      4. Coordinates tax reporting and works with outside tax consultants to ensure compliance.
      5. Supports Executive Leadership with financial reporting and planning.
      6. Works with all levels of the organization on software system training and development.
      7. Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
      8. Motivates and develops employees to meet departmental goals.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
      • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience managing corporate accounting functions.
      • Advanced proficiency with financial software systems.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Five (5) plus years in a manufacturing environment.

      Maintenance Engineer – Singapore Singapore

      Da/Pro Rubber is currently hiring for a Maintenance Engineer for our Singapore facility located at 1 Chin Bee Ave. Singapore 619926.   011-65-6264-1880 Office

      The pay range for this position is SGD $2,500 – $2,600 per month, negotiable with experience.

      JOB SUMMARY

      The position’s responsibilities include coordinating and supporting production department and ensure smooth operation.  The candidate will work closely with our operator, supervisor, and business partner to develop new product.

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Maintenance of all machines and proper documentation of training records.
      • Familiarize with the operating procedure for all machines.
      • Repair of machines in the event of breakdown.
      • To maintain proper spare part list.
      • To maintain proper material inventory / stock taking.
      • Production planning of rubber and molding
      • Backup for material mixing and mold set up
      • Maintain proper tool maintenance record and process troubleshooting
      • Monitor productivity output of all operators.
      • Maintaining of quality records not listed above.
      • Assist Operation Director in ensuring the whole factory operation runs smoothly.
      • Building maintenance
      • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      • Hours 8 am – 5:30 pm

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic calculations
      • Understand and communicate details logically and accurately in English
