Our tool department combines conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) metal working machines with an electrical discharge machine (EDM) to produce molds for the simplest to the most complex parts.
Since the tool is a critical factor in part finish, configuration and quality, our engineers work closely with tool and die makers in the process of designing and fabricating precision tooling. Hand finishing and polishing by craftsmen provides the final detailing before the molds are pre-production tested.
