    JOB SUMMARY

    The position’s responsibilities include coordinating and supporting production department and ensure smooth operation.  The candidate will work closely with our operator, supervisor, and business partner to develop new product.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintenance of all machines and proper documentation of training records.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Set up, operate and tend milling and tube extruder machines to mix, mill and shape rubber or silicone material for molding. Use job traveler for specifications and conformance. Work closely with plant chemist to ensure proper chemicals, dye creams oils and materials are used when preparing to mill rubber or silicone components.

    DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Read and interpret job travelers to assess specifications and to determine mixing and material instructions needed to mill rubber components.

    Observe milling machine operation and adjust controls to ensure conformance with specified tolerances such as mill speed, lubrication and density.

    Verify dimensions of rubber material using measuring instruments such as rules, gauges and calipers.

    Remove rubber material and deliver to lab technician for testing.

    Place mill material in cold storage for cooling period.

    Da/Pro Rubber is currently hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Assistant Lead for our Owasso facility located at 6712 N Canton Ave.  This facility is just off of Hwy 75 and 66th St North.

    The starting pay for this position is $14.50 per hour.

    The Shipping & Receiving Assistant Lead is the primary back-up for the department, assisting the Lead in packaging and processing finished small, specialized rubber product for shipment to customers. Responsibilities may include the maintenance of detailed, computerized records of incoming and outgoing parts, workflow management, processing of required department paperwork and shipping documents, and handling of incoming raw materials.  This position supports problem-solving and root cause analysis for the shipping & receiving department.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is dependable and highly organized, takes initiative, and is attentive to details. As a leader on the team, he or she should model performance expectations, work well with all departments, and be willing to train others as needed.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare products for shipping according to Da/Pro and customer specifications, including packaging for transportation, weighing and measuring packages;
    • Ensure that merchandise is in proper condition and that orders are filled properly before the items are sent to customers;
    • Accurately maintain paper and computer records;
    • Support and/or manage outgoing shipments according to customer’s requests and established company procedures;

    Da/Pro Rubber Inc. is currently looking for Mill Operators to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift at our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location.

    This position is paid weekly at the rate of $11.00- $15.50 per hour based on experience.

    The Mill Operator sets up, operates and tends milling machines to mix, mill and shape rubber material for molding. The mill operator uses job documents for mixing instructions and runs the mixing mill as the last step in creating the material before it goes to the molding department. This position is an entry level position with training provided, no experience necessary, though it helps to have some exposure to working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a team.

    Primary Responsibilities

    The Mill Operator:

    • Reads and interprets job documents for mixing and material instructions needed to mill rubber components;
    • Observes the milling machine operation and adjusts controls such as mill speed, lubrication and density;
    • Continuously tends the machine and the material, feeding material back into the rollers and sometimes adding components until the material reaches proper consistency;
    • Verifies dimensions of rubber material using various instruments such as rulers, gauges and calipers;
    • Delivers samples to the on-site lab for testing, as necessary;
    • Removes rubber material and places it according to instructions on racks in the mill room or cold storage;

    Job Requirements

    Injection Molding Supervisor – Owasso/Tulsa, OK Owasso/Tulsa, OK

    Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. is currently going through an expansion phase of our rubber molding facilities. We are searching for a Liquid Injection Molding (LIM) Supervisor in our Oklahoma facility just outside of Owasso in North Tulsa. This position oversees the production of LSR (liquid silicone rubber) parts according to company and customer specifications as detailed in blueprints, layouts and templates. This individual plans and facilitates the schedule of equipment, material, and people to meet production demands.

    Our ideal candidate is an experienced technical expert in LSR molding in a tight-tolerance production environment who can lead problem-solving activities and provide inspiration and guidance for all personnel including setup personnel and press operators. Relevant experience as a molding machine operator is required.  The appreciation of quality, continuous learning, and teamwork is a must.

    Da/Pro currently has primarily Engel machines, but we also run Toshiba and Sodick/Plustech. Supervision experience is a bonus but not required if you can demonstrate a supportive leadership mentality. We are looking for a long-term committed employee who wishes to grow with the company so training is available for someone interested in expanding their technical and management skills.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Supervising and coordinating the activities of operators engaged in the production of LSR parts;
    • Setting up silicone injection tools on molding machine and supervising setup personnel
    • Training operators and coaching professional workplace behavior;
    • Participating in production team meetings discussing schedules and process efficiencies;
    • Driving problem solving, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions with injection machines, tooling and auxiliary equipment in concert with Process Engineers and Quality personnel;
    • Participation in LEAN projects and supporting/sustaining LEAN initiatives;
    • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation and correcting or improving as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in liquid silicone rubber injection molding specifically.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Intermediate level math and computer proficiency and ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with others in various areas of the company.
    • Supervision experience preferred.
    • Experience with injection molding equipment controls and their effect on processing. Prefer Engel experience, we do also use Sodick/Plustech and Toshiba machines.
    • Experience with maintenance and cleaning of liquid silicone delivery systems.
    • Experience with assembling and disassembling injection molding equipment and tooling.
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not expected.
    • ISO 9001: 2015 quality system experience.
    • ISO 13485 quality system experience preferred as full compliance and expertise are future goals for the company.

    We are looking for an Inspection Machine Operators for our North Tulsa / Owasso, OK and Broken Arrow, OK production facility on 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:00am) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)

    The Automatic Inspection Machine is a piece of equipment that uses a camera and computer to visually inspect and measure the components that are manufactured, automatically sorting out parts that don’t meet specifications. The Automatic Inspection Machine Operator monitors the machine to make sure it’s running smoothly. Retention Bonus of $250 Available for 2nd and 3rd shift!

    Job Duties

    The Inspection Machine Operator:

    • Monitors machine for jams
    • Monitors how the inspection machine is running by attending alarms
    • Verifies why the alarm sounds by observing the monitors on machines
    • Documents part counts and quantities of rejects then enters information on the machine
    • Completes random inspections of part quality off-machine
    • Cleans machine at the end of the shift

    No experience necessary. We will train.

    Job Summary

    The Director of Quality Assurance (QA Director) oversees the quality control operations of the plant in conformance with Da/Pro standards, policies and procedures. This position supervises quality personnel including QA technicians and line check personnel and is the QA management representative for the facility. This individual works closely with other plant and company functions in the support and promotion of the company’s culture and core values.

    The ideal candidate will have significant experience overseeing and directing quality in an ISO 13485 environment.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program across multiple locations designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards;
    • Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product;
    • Maintains quality control objectives and in cooperation with the plant managers, coordinates objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs;
    • Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products;
    • Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability;
    • Investigates and addresses customer complaints regarding quality;

    • Five to Eight years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
