    We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Owasso (North Tulsa) facility. The Owasso plant is just Northeast of Hwy 75 and 66th St North in Tulsa.

    The hours for this position are 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

    Job Summary

    The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for packaging and processing finished small, specialized rubber product for shipment to customers. Responsibilities also include processing required department paperwork and shipping documents and handling of incoming raw materials.

    Job Duties

    • Count sample of product, weigh, and calculate total number of parts
    • Prepare products for shipping according to Da/Pro and customer specifications, including packaging for transportation, weighing and measuring packages
    • Ensure shipping documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately at time of shipment
    • Enter information into computer as needed
    • Receive raw material, log, and deliver material via hand truck to nearby building/department

    The Shipping & Receiving Clerk must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have experience in entering data into a computer, experience counting & calculating, and be able to stand for long periods of time.

    Prior experience in manufacturing shipping required OR experience and performance that demonstrate the aptitude and capability to quickly learn the job.

    We are looking for Assembly Line Auditors (also known as Line Checkers) for 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) in our Broken Arrow and Owasso facilities. The Owasso plant is just Northeast of Hwy 75 and 66th St North in Tulsa.

    Job duties

    • Pulls samples from each press during production and evaluates for quality defects.
    • Reviews job travelers, drawings, control plans and other documents for product requirements.
    • Communicates the details of the results of sample inspections.

    The line checker job requires use of various tools including microscope, magnifying glass, calipers, micrometers, leak test units, tweezers and scissors.

    Qualifications

    Mold Set-up Technician – Owasso, OK Owasso, OK

    We are seeking a Mold Set-Up Technician for our Liquid Injection Molding / Liquid Silicone Molding (LIM) department in our Owasso facility.

    Job Summary

     

    Sets up and/or tends to molds for press machines based on job documents and production needs. Performs sample runs before releasing to the press operator. Inspects and cleans mold before and after production runs.

    Job Duties

    • Perform all operations and functions for liquid injection presses including the tooling and support of equipment
    • Read job documents to determine molding specifications and tooling instructions
    • Pull required mold(s) from storage
    • Inspect mold(s) for defects and cleanliness
    • Mount, install, & align mold and/or other work pieces on to press manually or by using hoist
    • Secure molds and/or other work pieces using basic hand and/or power tools
    • Conduct tests and inspect mold to ensure mold is secure and verifies part quality
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions as needed
    • Apply LEAN Methodology and drive continual improvement of processes and product quality

    Required Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of employees
    • Previous experience in a tight tolerance, high quality product manufacturing environment

    Inspection Machine Operator – Owasso, OK Owasso, OK

    We are looking for an Inspection Machine Operators for our North Tulsa / Owasso, OK production facility on 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)

    The Automatic Inspection Machine is a piece of equipment that uses a camera and computer to visually inspect and measure the components that are manufactured, automatically sorting out parts that don’t meet specifications. The Automatic Inspection Machine Operator monitors the machine to make sure it’s running smoothly. Retention Bonus of $250 Available at 60 days and 6 months!

    Job Duties

    The Inspection Machine Operator:

    • Monitors machine for jams
    • Monitors how the inspection machine is running by attending alarms
    • Verifies why the alarm sounds by observing the monitors on machines
    • Documents part counts and quantities of rejects then enters information on the machine
    • Completes random inspections of part quality off-machine
    • Cleans machine at the end of the shift

    No experience necessary. We will train.

    Rubber Mill Operator – Broken Arrow, OK Broken Arrow, OK

    Job Summary

    The Mill Operator sets up, operates and tends milling machines to mix, mill and shape rubber material for molding. The mill operator uses job travelers and other documentation for specifications and conformance. This position is an entry level position with training provided, no experience necessary.

    Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but if you have experience as a reliable worker willing to help out the team, we will train you.

    Primary Responsibilities

    The Mill Operator:

    • Reads and interprets job documents for mixing and material instructions needed to mill rubber components;
    • Observes the milling machine operation and adjusts controls to ensure conformance with specified tolerances such as mill speed, lubrication and density;
    • Continuously tends the machine and the material, feeding material back into the rollers and sometimes adding components until the material reaches proper consistency;
    • Verifies dimensions of rubber material using various instruments such as rulers, gauges and calipers;
    • Delivers samples to the on-site lab for testing, as necessary;
    • Removes rubber material and places it according to instructions on racks in the mill room or cold storage;

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
    • 2 years of experience working with heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred;
    • Experience with data entry of job information into the computer;
    • The Mill Operator must be able to lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds, stand continuously, tolerate a non-controlled temperature environment, and interpret and communicate detailed instructions and measurements.

This position oversees the production of LSR (liquid silicone rubber) parts according to company and customer specifications as detailed in blueprints, layouts and templates. This individual plans and facilitates the schedule of equipment, material and people to meet production demands.

    Our ideal candidate is an experienced technical expert in LSR or plastics molding in a tight-tolerance production environment who can problem solve and work alongside operators, running the floor with little supervision. Relevant experience as a molding machine operator is required. Supervision experience is a bonus but not required if you’re open to coaching. The appreciation of quality, continuous learning and teamwork are a must.     Responsibilities Include:
