Custom Rubber Diaphragms
The Da/Pro Process makes it possible to mold rubber diaphragms with a uniform convolute thickness as thin as 0.004 inches (0.1016 mm) held to +/- 0.0015 inches (0.038 mm). This gives Da/Pro custom molded rubber diaphragms valves superior sensitivity, repeatability and flexibility in low-pressure instrument and control applications. Rubber diaphragm valves may be designed to have either integral molded points to attach plastic or metal stiffeners. Da/Pro can mold or bond rubber to metal or plastic retainer plates for one-piece assembly for rubber diaphragm valves.
