Custom Electrical Connectors and Electrical Insulators

Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. specializes in electrical connectors, insulators and electric grommets. These electrical connectors can be manufactured from many elastomers and in hardness ranges from 40 to 90 Shore "A" durometer. Electrical connectors can be molded with complex internal hole configurations having minor diameters as small as 0.017 x 0.75 inches (0.43 mm x 19 mm) long and internally expanded 3 diameters.

The Da/Pro Process makes possible close tolerances on internal detail. Damage to the sealing barriers is eliminated because secondary flash removal operations are not required. Da/Pro's process is ideal for custom electrical connectors for aerospace, industrial, or electronic applications.
