Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. has a dedicated 5,000 square foot, low particulate, Class 10,000 clean room molding facility located at our Broken Arrow plant. This plant within a plant offers the same quality you expect from Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. all performed inside our clean room facility. Our clean room offers Hepa filtration, room pressure monitor, airflow monitor and constant temperature and humidity controls to meet industry demand for quality molded elastomers.
All processes involved in manufacturing your custom component is performed in our clean room including custom compounding for material, molding, washing, quality inspection, customer specified processing, sub-assembly, and special packaging. If complete clean room manufacturing is not required, parts may be molded outside the clean room and completed in the clean room.
