Description of Job Opportunity: Full time position

Minimum job requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 18 months experience in sales

Job duties: Meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual quotas; Communicating strategies to appropriate Business Unit personnel to obtain required support and coordination; Developing account and opportunity strategies that maximize sales effort and result in the closure of new projects. Opportunities should be identified and developed within assigned accounts and with new prospects; Managing the relationship between The Company and its customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals within territory accounts; Working with customers to assess the moldability of potential components and the feasibility of manufacturing; Work directly with customer engineers to develop cost effective and efficient manufacturing solutions; Ensuring that goals are consistent with The Company’s strategic direction of: (1) maximizing business with existing customers through developing long-term business relationships (2) increasing the awareness of The Company services and representing The Company brand to prospective companies (3) Growing The Company by creating new opportunities within existing customers and developing new customers; Developing a clear understanding of The Company’s business practices including manufacturing, pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics; Effectively communicating activities, opportunities, cases and other information about prospective and current clients
